Information we collect
When you join our community or request text updates, we collect the name, email address, or mobile number you provide, your consent selections, the signup page, and the date and time of your request. For text requests, we also keep the consent language and version. The website retains your original submission and sends it securely to our ministry dashboard, which holds the master contact record and subscription status. Our dashboard keeps subscription changes and text delivery records. Website security records include temporary form tickets and a daily keyed hash derived from a connection address when available; the website does not store the raw address in these records.
How we use information
We use contact information to manage your connection with Reliant Ministries, coordinate participation, respond to requests, keep contact records consistent across our website and event dashboard, and prevent misuse. Text messages require separate consent and phone confirmation. Our dashboard sends Reliant Nights invitations, reminders and schedule or location changes, honors opt-outs, and keeps consent records. We do not use this text program for fundraising appeals or unrelated advertising.
Sharing & mobile information
Reliant Ministries operates both the public website and the ministry dashboard. Information moves between these two ministry applications to maintain our contact records; the dashboard is the master copy. We use Base44 for hosting and data storage and Twilio for text delivery from the dashboard. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose other information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Service providers that deliver and support the messaging program may process the minimum data needed to perform those services; this does not authorize their independent marketing use.
Your choices
Stay Updated lets you choose event reminders by text and join the upcoming newsletter list by email, text, or both. We retain each choice and its consent wording separately. Newsletter signups are saved for launch and do not automatically enroll you in event reminders. Sending the connect form does not subscribe you to any updates; we keep your message and contact details to respond.
Text signup is optional and separate from event registration, attendance, purchases, and donations. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Contact the ministry to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may retain the minimum consent and suppression records needed to honor your choices and meet applicable obligations.
Retention & security
We keep subscription information while needed to provide the program, and consent, opt-out, and delivery records while needed to document requests, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. We restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Students & families
Students and adults may join the community and request text updates themselves using their own contact information. We collect only the details needed for the requested connection or messaging program. Event registration may collect student details separately through appropriate registration and guardian processes. Contact us with questions about a student’s information or to request its correction or deletion.
Registration, links & website services
Pre-registration uses your verified Reliant Dashboard account. After sign-in, the website uses a temporary registration session to access your own saved family profiles and send registration details securely to the dashboard. Registration and kiosk check-in can add or update participant records, but registration alone does not subscribe anyone to event reminders or the newsletter. Temporary registration credentials are kept in this browser tab’s session storage and expire after two hours. External services linked from our website have their own privacy policies. Website services may use cookies or browser storage for security, sign-in, and essential functionality.
