Our Vision

A generation fully reliant on Jesus.

Reliant Ministries brings middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young adults together in community to strengthen their personal relationship with Jesus and serve their local church through complete reliance on Christ.

Our Mission

"Equipping the next generation through intentional connection, forming young people who know, love, and live RELIANT on Jesus and are willing to serve Him wholeheartedly."

Many Churches, One Generation

Many churches,
One generation.

Reliant is not a single church — it is a ministry that brings together many churches. We believe that the local church is crucial in the life of the believer. Establishing larger community, training and equipping young people, and sending them back to their local church to serve is a driving force for us. We are not here to replace the functions of the local church instead we are here to strengthen them.

01

Gather

Bring middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young adults together from many churches in one shared room.

02

Equip

Strengthen them through worship, Scripture, small groups, prayer, and trusted leaders.

03

Send

Encourage them to return to their local churches more rooted, more connected, and ready to serve.

The Next Generation

Present for every stage.

Grades 6-8

Middle School

Middle school is where faith often becomes personal for the first time. These years are critical for laying a foundation of who Jesus is and why following him matters before the pressures of high school arrive.

Grades 9-12

High School

High school students face some of the most defining decisions of their lives. Rooting them in Scripture, community, and the local church during these years shapes the kind of adults and disciples they will become.

Ages 18-25

Young Adults

The years after high school are often when young people drift from faith and church. Keeping this age group connected to Jesus and a local church community is one of the most important investments a ministry can make.

Intentional Connection

People, not performance.

The heart behind this ministry is that people are more important than any physical, virtual, or experiential thing. The Lord gives two great commandments: to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength — and to love our neighbor as ourselves. We want to live for Christ by loving those he loves.

The 3 Levels of Relationship

01

Discipled by Others

Being discipled is critical for spiritual growth and accountability. We need people we trust to speak truth into our lives.

02

Growing with Others

It is important that everyone has those who are seeking the Lord in a similar season or level of maturity alongside them.

03

Discipling Others

We are all called to pour into other people. We are not filled up by the Holy Spirit for our own benefit or satisfaction — but for others.

Know, Love & Rely on Jesus

The foundation of everything.

Know

Knowing Jesus is achieved through his presence, worship, prayer, and above all his Word. We firmly believe that knowing Jesus is not purely intellectual but a deeper knowledge that moves into the heart.

Love

Love is the cornerstone of the Christian faith — supported by the two greatest commands and Paul affirming that the greatest fruit of the Spirit is love. Loving Jesus gets not just our mind but also our heart.

Rely

Relying fully on Jesus requires complete surrender of everything in our life. In order to be reliant on God we need to trust the God we are serving more than we trust ourselves.

Serve Jesus Wholeheartedly

Obedience in every area of life.

Serving Jesus requires us to obey what God has commanded. We believe his commands fall into two main areas.

In Our Life

Our character, actions, and thoughts are to be aligned with what scripture asks of us. We are called to undergo the process of sanctification — becoming more like Jesus every day.

In the Life of Others

Scripture is clear that when we serve others it is as if we are serving God. This servitude should include the lost, our family, our local church, and more.
