Belief 01
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons, Father, Son, Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible.
Who We Are
These beliefs name the foundation we stand on as we gather, equip, and send the next generation to live fully reliant on Jesus.
Our faith centers on the person, work, lordship, and return of Jesus.
The Bible is our ultimate authority for belief, formation, and conduct.
We belong to Christ’s body and serve through the local church.
We pursue surrender, sanctification, and faithful witness by the Spirit.
What We Believe
Belief 01
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons, Father, Son, Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible.
Belief 02
We believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate, was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and is true God and true man.
Belief 03
We believe the sixty-six books of the Bible, in its entirety, to be the inspired word of God, equal in all parts and without error in its origin, as the ultimate authority for faith and conduct.
Belief 04
We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgement, the eternal life of the righteous and the endless suffering of the lost.
Belief 05
We believe that the death of Jesus Christ was the final and complete sacrifice for our sins. Salvation is obtained by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone requiring total repentance and surrendering to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Belief 06
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, until His return.
Belief 07
We believe that God created humans in his image, body, soul and spirit, assigned male or female biologically by God at birth. We believe that true identity is created by God despite feelings & desires contrary to His.
Belief 08
We believe that the gifts of the Spirit listed in 1 Corinthians 12 are available to believers today.
Belief 09
We believe in divine healing through the power of God.
Belief 10
We believe in sanctification, the process in which every believer in Christ must not yield themselves to sinful passions but instead must strive to pursue righteousness through the continuing work of the Holy Spirit.
Belief 11
We believe that marriage is a sacred institution established by God, whereby one man and one woman are joined in a monogamous, covenant commitment for a lifetime. We believe that sexual purity is a necessary expression for all God’s children and requires abstinence from premarital sex (fornication), extramarital sex (adultery), incest, homosexuality and other sexual practices forbidden by scripture.
Belief 12
We believe in the universal church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all true believers are members.
Belief 13
We believe in the local church, consisting of those who belong to Jesus Christ. We believe that God has laid upon the members of the local church the primary task of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost world through both word and action.
Belief 14
We believe that since mankind is created in God’s image, human life is of invaluable worth and significance in all its dimensions, from conception to the grave.
